Navigating Today's HR/People Operations Records and Information

Mike Rusnack is currently the Director of Human Resources for BIS, Edmond OK, since 2016. He has been with BIS, formerly known as Business Imaging Systems, Inc. since 2013, where he started out managing the document conversion department. He owned his own company for 11 years, MJR Cornerstones, a records and document storage company, until October 1st of 2022. Prior, he was the Senior Manager, Records and Information Management for Devon Energy. He has a bachelor’s in Special Education for Physically Impaired Children from Western Michigan University, with a Science and Math teaching minor and a Master’s in Human Resources and Personnel Management from Golden Gate University. He holds certification as a SHRM Certified Professional since 2017. Mike is a 22-year retired Air Force officer.
