Ryan has been an active contributor to the Information Management & Technology profession for more than 27 years and is the CEO and Founder of Z’s Information Lifecycle Management. Before that, he was employed with Baker Hughes as a Senior Director, overseeing the Records & Information Management Program, based in Houston, Texas. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, has a B.A in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, has multiple industry related certifications and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated Information-related communities. Ryan has also served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors and was recently inducted into the ARMA Company of Fellows in October 2022.
